Damien Lyons-Caldasso has worked with Trovare since 2022, where he currently serves as a dedicated Back-Up Coordinator. His time at Trovare has not only cultivated his interest in clinical research but has also motivated him to actively pursue a career in this dynamic field. Demonstrating a commitment to professional growth, Damien has expanded his expertise by acquiring a phlebotomy license and undertaking numerous college courses to deepen his understanding of clinical research practices.

Within the Trovare team, Damien stands out for his exceptional proficiency in ensuring the provision of clean and accurate data for sponsors. Thanks to his computer networking and building skills, along with several certifications, his keen eye for detail and dedication to keeping data in check have played a big role in making Trovare’s research initiatives successful.  In addition to his professional pursuits, Damien enjoys engaging in leisure activities such as football and video games during his spare time.
