Chloé Caldasso is Trovare’s site manager and lead coordinator. Her journey in the field of research began in 2015 when she interned for a small Bakersfield site where she quickly learned the ropes of study coordination. Fascinated by this entirely new side of medicine, Chloé rapidly adapted and dove deep into mastering as much as possible. Clinical research presented a unique connection within which she could realize her passion for both community outreach and the advancement of medicine. Since then, she has lent her skills to various sites across Bakersfield and Los Angeles, CA, gaining invaluable experience in a variety of medical specialties including women’s health, neurology, and podiatry. Joining the Trovare team in early 2022 started a new chapter in her research career. Tasked with reoptimizing Trovare’s research teams and workflows in a new post-COVID world, Chloé has dedicated an incredible amount of effort and commitment to learning beyond the scope of study coordination to employ innovative strategies that will establish Trovare as a stand-out research facility. In addition to her experience in research, Chloé is a certified phlebotomist who will be graduating with a degree in human biology in the Spring of 2025, after which point, she will be taking the next step in her journey to obtain a BSN and eventually a nurse practitioner license. When Chloé is not working, she enjoys reading, baking, and traveling.
